We accept payment in EURO, British Pounds and US-dollars only

Payment methods

- Credit Card: We accept MasterCard, Maestro, VISA, VISA Electron. Fill in your card number and month/year + the CVV2/CVC-code. The money for your order+shipping cost will be drawn from your card when you confirm the purchase. All information about the transaction will be on SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and is safe. - Paypal Payment for such orders will have to reach us at the latest 7 days after the order is confirmed by us. Otherwise the order will be cancelled.

Delivery

We will normally pack and ship within two business day after having received payment for the goods. Time in transit is in accordance with the terms and conditions of the carrier/postal services. Shipping cost, which is calculated on the basis of the weight/volume of each item added to the shopping basket is shown in the same currency as the cost of goods in the shopping basket. All our shipping cost are insuranced and signed for. In this case we stand the risk for the goods until it reaches its destination.

Loss or damage in transit

If goods with insurance and tracking number is lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly, so that we can make a claim against the carrier. We will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund. If the carton in which the goods is transported is damaged on the outside, you are kindly requested to make the representative of the carrier observant of this and to make a note about the damage on the receipt form.

Cancellation and returns

Within 14 days of receipt, you are entitled to return the goods for a full refund of the value of the goods and the outward shipping cost, provided that the goods is unused and in mint condition. Before returning any goods, please first contact us for a return authorization code. Refund will be made to you within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods. If you return the goods, the shipping cost will be at your own expense You are responsible for the risk of loss or damage when you return the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover the value.

Wrong or faulty goods

If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us soonest possible after receipt so that we jointly may find a solution as to how the problem can be solved or the goods be returned and refunded.

Warranties

Time and condition of warranties are in accordance with EU/Finnish law. These goods are not a toys it's a collectable goods in this case the normal warranty time is 30 days from the date of purchase. Warranty matters are the responsibility of the respective manufacturers or their main distributors, to whom we will submit warranty claims for assessment and decision.

Date of issue and effectiveness of the above terms and conditions

The above terms and conditions were issued and came into effect on January 1st 2012.
